The young people learn about the unique world of sailing while having fun and can successfully lead a sailing boat as a team after the course.
Course description
The courses are the ideal introduction to the sport of sailing from scratch. The children and young people learn the basic manoeuvres and experience the fascination of sailing. According to our motto "learning by sailing", the focus of the training is on practice. Already on the first half day of the course they will go out on the water, the theory complements the practice in a meaningful way. By the end of the course you will be able to manoeuvre a dinghy safely and independently.
Our boats are dinghies specially optimised for school sports weeks and belong to the well-known boat class of migratory birds.
A lifeboat is always available for emergencies.
Requirements
For participation in the courses Swimming skills previous sailing experience is not necessary.

Learning objectives
10 hours course: make the boat ready to sail independently, cast off and moor, tack, various courses to the wind
15 and 20 hours course: making the boat ready to sail, mooring and unmooring, tacking and tacking, various wind courses, Q-tack, buoy overboard with Q-tack, spending a lot of time on the water to consolidate what you have learned, passing the exam for the basic certificate or basic certificate
Completion
The 15-hour course ends with the exam for the basic licence, the 20-hour course and above ends with the exam for the basic licence. For the 10-hour course, a water sports pass is issued to confirm participation.

Prices (one session lasts 60 minutes) - rainwear and life jackets are included in the price
